I'm a Southern girl born and raised in Alabama with a heart for the Lord. My husband Clay and I have known each other our whole lives, but didn't date until college. We married in June of 2006 after I graduated from nursing school. Funny how God works!
After more than two years of trying to conceive, our miracle baby, Bryson arrived in July of 2009. Our lives haven't been the same since. God has truly blessed us far more than we could have ever imagined!
We were surprised with another pregnancy and welcomed our second son, Jaxon in April of 2012. I'm amazed every day at my life and the joy these two little ones bring me!
I started this blog because several of my co-workers thought it would be fun to do. Eventually it turned into a place that I could vent about my infertility and then it lead me to meet so many other women who were struggling with infertility too. Now I use this as a scrapbook of our lives since I have never been much of the scrapbooking type. Ha! I love all things southern and dream of the day that I live in a house that is out of a Southern Living magazine. I also love Chick-fil-A (it's my addiction), anything SEC related, WAR EAGLE!!, anything made by Paula Deen, homemade ice cream...are you seeing a trend? reality TV, fashion (I'm not very trendy) and of course my family and friends.
